These API Terms of Service (“API Terms”) govern access to and use of Dakidarts® APIs, developer infrastructure, SDKs, integrations, dashboards, and related technical services.
These API Terms apply to all Dakidarts API products and developer platforms, including but not limited to:
These API Terms supplement the Dakidarts Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of conflict between these API Terms and a separate signed enterprise agreement, the enterprise agreement shall prevail.
By accessing or using our APIs, you agree to these API Terms.
1. API Access
Access to Dakidarts APIs may require:
- account registration;
- API keys or authentication credentials;
- dashboard access;
- approved billing methods;
- usage verification.
Dakidarts reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or revoke API access at its discretion.
2. API Credentials
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your API credentials.
You must not:
- expose API keys publicly;
- embed secret credentials in insecure client-side applications;
- share credentials in unauthorized ways;
- transfer access without permission.
You are responsible for all activity associated with your credentials.
If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify Dakidarts immediately.
3. Permitted Usage
You may use Dakidarts APIs only for lawful and authorized purposes consistent with these Terms.
Permitted use includes:
- application development;
- research and experimentation;
- product integrations;
- internal business operations;
- enterprise deployments;
- educational and analytical purposes.
All usage must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Prohibited Activities
You may not use Dakidarts APIs to:
- violate laws or regulations;
- engage in fraud or deceptive practices;
- distribute malware or malicious code;
- conduct phishing, spam, or abuse campaigns;
- infringe intellectual property rights;
- generate unlawful, harmful, or abusive content;
- interfere with platform integrity or infrastructure;
- bypass rate limits or quotas;
- scrape or reverse engineer protected systems;
- resell APIs without authorization;
- create competing services through systematic extraction;
- overload or stress infrastructure intentionally.
Attempts to circumvent platform protections or abuse API systems may result in immediate suspension.
5. Rate Limits & Usage Restrictions
Dakidarts APIs may enforce:
- rate limits;
- request quotas;
- concurrency limits;
- usage caps;
- infrastructure protection measures.
Limits may vary depending on:
- pricing plans;
- enterprise agreements;
- infrastructure conditions;
- operational security requirements.
Dakidarts may modify limits at any time to maintain system stability and reliability.
6. Credits, Billing & Consumption
Certain APIs operate on:
- prepaid credits;
- usage-based billing;
- subscriptions;
- enterprise invoicing;
- hybrid billing models.
API consumption may deduct credits based on:
- endpoint usage;
- request volume;
- processing complexity;
- premium features.
You are responsible for monitoring your usage and available balances.
Unless otherwise required by law:
- credits are non-transferable;
- unused credits are not redeemable for cash;
- refunds are discretionary;
- fraudulent payments may result in suspension.
7. API Availability
Dakidarts strives to provide reliable API infrastructure but does not guarantee:
- uninterrupted availability;
- zero downtime;
- permanent endpoint stability;
- error-free responses;
- specific uptime percentages unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Services may experience:
- maintenance interruptions;
- infrastructure failures;
- network disruptions;
- third-party outages;
- security incidents;
- version changes.
Dakidarts may update, modify, deprecate, or discontinue endpoints at any time.
8. Versioning & Deprecation
We may release new API versions, modify schemas, or deprecate functionality.
Where reasonably possible, Dakidarts may provide advance notice for major breaking changes.
However, emergency security, operational, or compliance changes may occur immediately without prior notice.
You are responsible for maintaining compatibility with supported API versions.
9. Data Usage & Privacy
Use of Dakidarts APIs may involve processing user-submitted data.
You represent and warrant that:
- you have appropriate rights to process submitted data;
- your use complies with applicable privacy laws;
- you have obtained required user consents where necessary.
Dakidarts may process API metadata, logs, and operational data for:
- security monitoring;
- abuse prevention;
- analytics;
- infrastructure optimization;
- billing and diagnostics.

10. AI-Generated & Interpretive Outputs
Certain APIs generate automated, AI-assisted, numerological, astrological, wellness, or interpretive outputs.
Such outputs:
- may contain inaccuracies or subjective interpretations;
- are informational in nature;
- are not guaranteed to be accurate or predictive;
- should not be treated as professional advice.
Users remain solely responsible for decisions or actions based on API outputs.
11. Health & Wellness APIs
Health- and wellness-related APIs, including HeFit API services, are informational only.
Dakidarts does not provide:
- medical advice;
- diagnosis;
- treatment;
- clinical services;
- emergency healthcare guidance.
API outputs are not substitutes for licensed medical professionals.
You must not represent Dakidarts wellness outputs as certified medical advice.
12. Resale & Redistribution
You may not:
- resell API access without authorization;
- redistribute raw API responses at scale;
- expose unrestricted public proxy endpoints;
- create mirrored infrastructure competing with Dakidarts services.
Enterprise or commercial redistribution rights require explicit written approval.
13. Monitoring & Abuse Prevention
Dakidarts may monitor API activity to:
- protect infrastructure;
- detect abuse;
- enforce limits;
- maintain reliability;
- investigate suspicious activity.
We reserve the right to throttle, restrict, suspend, or terminate access where necessary.
14. Security Obligations
You agree to implement reasonable security measures when integrating Dakidarts APIs, including:
- protecting credentials;
- using encrypted connections;
- preventing unauthorized access;
- maintaining secure environments.
You must not attempt to:
- probe vulnerabilities;
- bypass authentication;
- exploit system weaknesses;
- interfere with platform security.

15. Intellectual Property
All Dakidarts APIs, systems, documentation, software, branding, and infrastructure remain the property of Dakidarts®.
Except as expressly permitted, you may not:
- copy proprietary systems;
- reproduce documentation at scale;
- create derivative competing services;
- remove branding or ownership notices.
Subject to these Terms, Dakidarts grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the APIs.
16. Suspension & Termination
Dakidarts may suspend or terminate API access at any time if:
- these Terms are violated;
- abuse or fraud is suspected;
- operational or legal risks arise;
- payments fail or disputes occur;
- infrastructure integrity is threatened.
Termination may occur without prior notice where necessary to protect systems or users.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
Dakidarts APIs are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dakidarts disclaims all warranties, including:
- merchantability;
- fitness for a particular purpose;
- accuracy;
- reliability;
- uninterrupted availability;
- non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that APIs will operate without interruption, vulnerabilities, or errors.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dakidarts shall not be liable for:
- indirect or consequential damages;
- lost profits or revenue;
- business interruption;
- data loss;
- reliance on generated outputs;
- third-party failures;
- API downtime or disruptions.
Dakidarts’ total liability relating to APIs shall not exceed the amount paid by you during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions may not permit certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply.
19. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dakidarts®, its affiliates, operators, partners, and licensors against claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from:
- your API usage;
- violations of these Terms;
- unlawful activities;
- misuse of outputs or services;
- infringement of third-party rights.
20. Export & Sanctions Compliance
You may not use Dakidarts APIs in violation of applicable export control laws, sanctions programs, or trade restrictions.
You represent that you are not prohibited from accessing the services under applicable laws.
21. Modifications to API Terms
Dakidarts may update these API Terms periodically.
Updated versions become effective upon posting.
Continued use of the APIs after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

23. Entire Agreement
These API Terms constitute the agreement governing your use of Dakidarts APIs unless supplemented by separate written agreements.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
