Features, functionality, pricing, APIs, and availability may change at any time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict access to any service or feature at our discretion.
3. Accounts & Registration

- distribute malware, spam, or harmful content;
- use our APIs in ways that violate applicable laws.
Dakidarts may monitor usage patterns to maintain platform stability, prevent abuse, and protect infrastructure integrity.
We reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or revoke API access at any time.
5. Credits, Billing & Payments
Some Dakidarts services operate on prepaid credits, usage-based billing, subscriptions, enterprise invoicing, or hybrid billing models.
By purchasing credits or paid services, you agree that:
- payments are processed through authorized payment providers;
- pricing may change at any time;
- taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction;
- fraudulent or suspicious transactions may be reviewed or blocked.
Unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated:
- purchased credits are non-transferable;
- unused credits may not be redeemable for cash;
- refunds are provided at our discretion;
- chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension.
Additional billing terms may apply to enterprise agreements or custom contracts.
6. Enterprise Services
Dakidarts may offer enterprise-grade services including:
- private infrastructure deployments;
- dedicated environments;
- enhanced support;
- SLA-based agreements;
- custom integrations;

Enterprise services may be governed by separate agreements, order forms, or negotiated contracts that supplement these Terms.
In the event of conflict between these Terms and a signed enterprise agreement, the enterprise agreement shall prevail.
7. Intellectual Property
All Dakidarts services, software, branding, content, designs, APIs, systems, documentation, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws.
Unless expressly authorized, you may not:
- copy or redistribute proprietary materials;
- resell or sublicense our services;
- remove trademarks or branding;
- create derivative systems intended to replicate our services;
- exploit our infrastructure for unauthorized commercial purposes.
Dakidarts®, product names, logos, and related branding elements remain the property of their respective owners.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use our services.

Some Dakidarts services may generate automated, AI-assisted, numerological, astrological, spiritual, educational, or interpretive outputs.
Such outputs:
- may contain inaccuracies or subjective interpretations;
- are provided for informational, educational, entertainment, wellness, or exploratory purposes only;
- should not be treated as professional, financial, legal, psychological, or medical advice;
- do not guarantee outcomes, predictions, or results.
Users remain solely responsible for decisions or actions taken based on generated outputs.
10. Health & Wellness Disclaimer
Services related to health, wellness, nutrition, fitness, or lifestyle — including calculations and estimates provided by HeFit API — are informational only.
Dakidarts does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare services.
Our services are not substitutes for qualified medical professionals.
If you have medical concerns or emergencies, consult a licensed healthcare provider immediately.
11. Third-Party Services
Dakidarts services may integrate with or rely upon third-party providers, including but not limited to:
- payment processors;
- authentication providers;
- hosting providers;
- analytics services;
- AI providers;
- cloud infrastructure vendors;
- developer platforms.
We are not responsible for the availability, conduct, security, or practices of third-party services.
Your use of third-party services may also be governed by their respective terms and policies.

- unexpected technical limitations.
We reserve the right to perform maintenance or modify services without notice.
13. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Dakidarts services to:

- conduct phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices;
- harass, abuse, or threaten others;
- generate unlawful or harmful content;
- interfere with platform integrity or security;

Dakidarts may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities where required.
14. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to services at any time if:
- you violate these Terms;
- your activity creates operational or legal risks;
- payment obligations are not fulfilled;
- abuse or fraud is suspected;
- continued access could harm Dakidarts, users, or infrastructure.
Termination does not eliminate obligations accrued before termination.
Sections intended to survive termination shall continue to apply.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
Dakidarts services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dakidarts disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to:

- third-party failures.
Our total aggregate liability relating to services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Dakidarts during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions may not allow certain liability limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dakidarts, its affiliates, operators, partners, contractors, and licensors from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

23. Entire Agreement
